Please, could you elaborate more the problem? If you can't get am:u handle, just use a cart homebrew, like Freakyforms Deluxe.

I had a similar problem with my 2DS when I tried to downgrade to 9.2. SysDowngrader wasn't able to get am:u handle. I solved the problem by using menuhax instead of browserhax to start the homebrew menu.

i think it works best with Primary Entrypoints
