So I restored my NAND via SX OS, after having some problems with their Emunand, but after restored I launched the CFW, and started playing some games, I closed the BOTW, it got to sleep mode, after a little while I tried to wake it, but it doesn't it just crashes.
I tried to boot it on OFW and it still happens, my only alternative was turning off "auto-sleep" on settings.

Well I don't if there is a way to fix it.

Same here!

This is normal behavior. If your switch have MORE burned efuses than what the installed firmware requires (not less via updating without burning fuses). The firmware itself can boot via cfw bypassing the fuse check but sleep mode will crash the console and a hard restart has to be done by holding the power button and going to rcm again. Atm there is no fix for it. :(

Oh this explain a lot, well atleast I can still use my Switch with auto-sleep mode off, it will drain more battery.
I hope that someone find a way to solve this problem.

But since the fuses are burned, I can update my Switch, or it will kill my Switch?

You can update to the last version you updated to with ChoiDujourNX and sleep mode will work again. Just don't update to the latest 6.2 version.

So I can use ChoiDujourNX to update again to 6.1.0 (my actual Switch version) and It will make my Switch work normally?
Just a observation, my Switch is on 6.1.0.

Yes as long as the fuses match sleep mode will work again. I was on your same situation once and learn about the broken sleep mode the hard way.

Ok, so it will work properly.

I'm on 6.1.0, so when I update via ChoiDujourNX it will just repair the fuses?

It will not repair the fuses but the burnt fuses will match your firmware version so you'll not need cfw to boot up normally and sleep mode will work again.

Restored from 5.1 nad updated to 6.1 (but 6.2 installed first. Maybe this cause it?) Works normal with patched 6.2 in the future?
6.2 burned a fuse so your fuse count is not matching. He was on 6.1 so if he goes back to 6.1 he's fuse count will match the firmware.
