Homebrew Help request template for newbies

Hello everybody , i have noticed that there is a lot of people which have difficulties with the Plailect's guide or 3DS hacking overall .
So , for helping users to help other users , here is a short template i made (You can use it for help request if you encounter an issue) :

Issue description : ...
...
...
3DS Model (New/Old) : ...
3DS System version : ...
Screenshot of SD Card / : ...
If problem related to homebrew :
Homebrew Launcher entrypoint : ...
*hax version : ...
If problem related to CFW :
CFW : ..
CFW Version : ..

Example :
Issue description : Soundhax doesn't boot (black screen) i don't know why
3DS Model (New/Old) : New
3DS System version : 11.2E
Screenshot of SD Card / :

Homebrew Launcher entrypoint : soundhax
*hax version : 2.8 beta

As you can see , it's really short .

This is useful, but there is no way in hell anybody would use this. I wish they would, but anybody who cant use Google wont be able to find this template.
