Hacking [Help] PS4 Error caching theme resources

Everything went well but once I restarted my PS4 I'm met with "Error caching theme resources" when I go to use the exploit.

And I've got a bit of a problem. For some reason every time I try to connect to the internet, either via lan cable or wifi, I go into the users guide and I receive this message every time, "error caching theme resources". Now, I'm not sure if the issue is because I updated it from a 6.72 patch, but I've tried these following solutions:
-Restarting the console and unplugging everything from it
-Restarting the modem -Used both either wifi or lan cable connections

I'm just not sure why I'm receiving this error and I have followed every step correctly in this video. Any help would be great.

hard to say. are you using a different theme? the caching may refer to the avatar and name you're using for the user. I forgot the exact location, but avatar stuff is in a subfolder called cache iirc.

I've tried clearing my library to see if that would change anything, but no, I'm still receiving the message "error caching theme resources"

It's strange because I have another jb ps4 with the 5.05 patch and that console is connecting fine. I'm able to connect to Al Azif's menu and use goldhen etc.

I believe there might be an issue with the console. I'm not sure if there's any alternate solutions to fix this problem.

I've looked pretty much all over.

Any help would be appreciated if there's a solution.

I'm pretty sure its the default theme but not sure how that would affect the internet connection
