Are you trying to change it from what you have in your possession or from the entire game?

If you're just trying to make the one you have always mega evolved, then dump the save and use PKhex.

Seeing as this in Pokemon XY, not ORAS, mega rayquaza data doesn't exist. That's why op want to swap the models.

well now the model is not obj and when i open the wild battle models with ohana it says its not bch file help
