Homebrew Help please

Hi all,

First of all I know I made a mistake following a video but hey it's done now! I followed the video linked below but what I want to know is can I remove this for resale? I've read that you can format the wii if you haven't done some mods but would I be safe? I'm not to fussed about the IOS's staying as long as I can remove the channels and someone can use the wii as standard.

Yeah in the Wii settings you can format it, it might be the last settings. AFAIK that removes all homebrew and softmodding traces. You can always softmod it again later if you choose but yehp it should clear it brand new (:

I mean I've installed and reinstalled HBC on at least 5/6 different Wii's and I've never bricked one.

Hmm I dont feel like watching that 17min long video but yeh, my Wii had HBC and all the extras to run Wii/GC/Emu backups, so not sure what else could be added that might interfere with the uninstallation.

Im 99% sure it's totally fine, everything I've read says you can format wii or "revert to factory settings" in the settings menu, and should be totally fine. Always a 1% chance tho
