I softmode a wiiu but I cannot install any usb loader except for a wiiflow also when I connect a hdd that I have on my regular wii (with all the games on it) and I try to s4art the wii menu the system shut off ........Can anyone help please? Thank you

1) Does the USB loader work via the HBC (this should definitely work as long as a compatible Cios is installed)?
2) Have you tried a different port and is it a single USB or a 'Y' cable as the Wii U apparently provides less power to USB than the Wii?
