Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

ok so im at my cousins house and they upgraded their wii. now im trying to re hack it and everytime i go to wad manager it will freeze on the press A and will unsync the wii romotes. it wont find them till after you restart the wii
PLEASE HELp

when i try to do a installation that requires you to pic a ios and press A it freezes and disconnects the controllers sorry for the double post
