You can try using a tutorial. However the situation is very risky to do, and you may get arrested for Piracy.

You don't do that. You can use a USB loader to install a game from the DISC which you put in your disc drive, to a USB drive and then run them with the USB loader. Contrary to what you may have read, USB loaders are not developed to enable piracy, which is why they may require that your game's disc is verified by the USB loader by keeping it in the drive before it is ran, and after that, you can run it without the disc in. Just buy the games used on amazon and make sure any figure of authority who read your post is convinced that you are NOT a pirate to keep your name off an arrest warrant.
