Hacking [Help] placing memory card into new vita

I am planning on getting a new vita since mines has that unexplainable calibration issue. But I got worried about what would happen if i placed my memory in to a new vita.
My question are

How can i place my memory card into a new vita withoit losing any of my data and games or without making everything go to shit.

All it does is deletes a user dat file. U could delete it manually if u wanted to through vita shell. I forget exact name of file and location. A quick search could find it as I’ve seen other users mention the location
