Hardware Help picking betwen two Nvidia 8600 Gt

Hey Guys. For Christmas my Mom is going to buy me a graphics card to go with my new PC.
I've narrowed it down to two different 8600 Gt made buy XFX, who I like very much from the last graphics card i bought from them.
My computer only has 1 PCi Express slot so Sli is out fo the question

The two cards are:

The first has twice as much Ram, but the second one is factory over clocked and $30 bucks cheaper.
What do you guys think. Which should I get, or do you suggest any other similarly priced cards?

you know i think i saw those somewhere but for a way more cheaper price but i cant remember where

What the XFX branded ones? XFX makes quality stuff, I hope you aren't comparing it to some other crappy brand that makes the geforce 8600 gt.

Yeah Xfx made my last card i used, and it worked very well for a good price.

I think im gonna go for the 8600 with the 512memory and i'll overclock it myself...
