Hacking Help Needed

I am not confident installing custom firmware on my 3ds. I was wondering if I could hire someone to help me. I want to know they are trustworthy, too. I need to be able to replace textures in Animal Crossing New Leaf Welcome Amiibo. And possibly replace some music. How much would it cost to have someone help me with this? Please help me. (I'm sorry about my inexperience.)

I've read that, but I have doubts that I could do it. If I could possibly send my 3ds to someone so they could do it (someone trustworthy with a good reputation and track record here) I'd rather do that. I just think I'm too incompetent in general to do it.

You can buy a flash cart and hack it yourself, the risk is extremely low, and even if something does go wrong, you can easily fix it

you need your console the flashcard and your console will need a sd card for your system (the bigger the better)
the flashcard uses microsd (microsd not needed for this exploit . . . if you have a powersaves or access to a hacked 3ds) and goes in the game slot

And after you CFW the 3DS, you can restore the flashcart's original firmware and use it to play DS games.
