Homebrew Help Needed!(Pokemon Omega Ruby Save Data Transfer)

So I'm trying to use Pokemon Omega Ruby on O3DS 10.6 OoT3DSHax. The issue is i'm trying to use SVDT to transfer my save data because i'm having trouble using the Save Manager (Specifically importing my save data due to an error).. I have no idea what i'm doing wrong because nothing is changed when i do use the SVDT. Any Help? Or can someone shoot me in the direction of a much easier tool to use?

Make a new save file (if one does not exist in game already) in omega Ruby then dump it with svdt. Place "main" file you wish to transfer in the svdt save data filed that was created, then import and delete secure value.

I don't quite understand this process.. I have a Main file on the root of my SD card and a Main file in my Save Data Backup folder.. which one do i use? And what do i do from there?
