Homebrew [Help needed] luma3ds boot

I'm having trouble figuring out this, im doing a dsiware downgrading and ive been following this guide right here: https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax

so far I've made it to the configuring luma3ds section, when I'm holding the selcr button while it boots, it just takes me back to the home menu. I'm not sure if its one of the problems listed, but none are woring for me.
is there a file I'm missing or misplaced?

Oh that named bin, it's on my root, thought you meant a luma.bin my bad.
