Hacking Help needed in enso sd ps vita

i ve got my ps vita enso to 3.65 and installed the sd .
Today a bug in a game forced me to clean up
and now i am stuck with a ps vita with no vita shell or games
i ve seen some tutorials but they request ps vita memory and i have none
is sthere an easy way to resolve this

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
