Hardware Help neede for broken 3ds xl

Hello,
I have a 3DS XL broken. If connected to power, orange led light up for about 15 minutes then orange LED light goes out. Nothing else.

Anyone who has experienced a failure like this ?

Could be the fuses?

Hello,
thank you fro reply. Try different things in these days. Thi happen after a fall (guy that give me say this)
So open it and follow this guide, check all wiring and connectors, then reassemble. Issue not change.

Then search some documentation around and find these result :

-If the charging light turns on for a few seconds and then turns off, then you have an issue with your battery.
-If no lights come on, then you have an issue with one of your fuses. There are two fuses, labled F1 and F2. F1 is located near the charger port and F2 is near the battery port. An 0603 sized 32volt 1amp fuse will work fine.
-If the charging light stays on, then the issue if your hinge switch. Your 3ds thinks it is closed and refuses to boot.

Anyone can confirm these information ?

i've not a 3ds in my hands before. Working console turn on also without battery ?

id just replace the fuses, they are small and green in colour, .6x.3 in size so very small cheap to buy.
