Hacking (help) Need to reinstall Rxtools but keep titles

Friends List failed to write but successfully deleted itself from emunand GG

restart and i have all my titles etc just cannot open them.

Im guessing I can just use the rxtools boot menu to backup title.db and ticket.db
then reinstall emunand and restore? to keep my title list or anything else i need to backup.

there probably is a manual way to flash the cia file that failed to install via rxtools menu let me nkow probably tediously long but GG

update no one replied, turns out yes it worked i completely backed up title/ticket.db moveable sed etc injected it into a clone of my sysnand on 9.0 (old emunand was on 9.5) then had to do entry setup like it was a factory reset.

When was all done my theme was installed and my title were all still installed with saves, i only lost my folder setup

Just a word of advice; you should probably go to ReiNand if you have an N3DS since Nintendon't is rolling out firmware blacklisting. This way you won't have to fuck with NVER and CVER.
