Good quality pics of the soldering/wires/adapter would actually get you better help. We can't go on the assumption that your problems aren't related to the work done. Is the write protect tab still there? Your error could stem from multiple areas.

It is the correct order, but your soldering leaves something to be desired. Try using flux and clean up your soldering. I would also make sure that your wires are not too long as outside interfrearance a\can mess the signal up.

First, check if your PC "see" the USB device from "computer" window page.
You must have a message like you need to format the device to access to it...

If you don't have this message and a solid icon of the device from Windows that means :
- your installation is defective
- and/or the USB card reader you use is not compatible with the (NAND) eMMC of the console.

NB: The console must be power on AFTER having plugged the cable to the USB card reader to get blue screen. When done, connect the console + cable + USB card reader to your PC.

I know exactly what this is.

You're missing the lock switch on your SD adapter.. So the reader thinks the card is locked..

This can be fixed either by replacing the little lock switch (you can use glue or tape)
Or, by bridging the two leftmost pins on the SD adapter

Like i did to mine here:

I did ask that in the beginning.

I also thought that.
But I also think that the wires are straight soldiers in sdcard.
I'll try soldering without opening the Card.
You have managed to make Nand Dump?
sorry for my English :)

If the card reader thinks write protect is enabled, it won't write.

you need to replace that lock switch on the sd adapter

In RED is the part that your adapter is missing.. In green is where it goes.... some people have used tape, some glue, some have modded the SD adapter like in my image above to ignore the write protect switch.

Anyway, i had the same issue as you... i could make (read) nand dumps, but not write them.

I would like a Predator game "Kill Team" it takes place in the Jungle of the first movie, your team is sent to hunt the predator, using current tech drones and a trained team. Set traps use strategy to hunt and trap or kill the predator.

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.
