It isn't modified? If not, then possibly an issue internally. If it is, you aren't using AutoRCM right?

try opening up and unplug the battery and plug back in
you can also boot into hekate and monitor the charging
the power adapter for the dock is best thing to charge the device as it 19V charger

If its modded and in autorcm mode then try to inject a payload first to see if you get it working again.
If it's completely dead then try a fast charger and wait a few minutes to an hour to see if it turns on.
purchased one that was zero with no signs of life and tried my fast charger and it took a few hours but it worked.

I did figure out the problem already sometime ago. And yes CKkio23 you are correct
