Please don't ever use "Help me" as a subject line on a message board anywhere. You could have used a subject line like "Problems with Harvest Moon FoM on DSi witih GBARunner2". Why did you write "Help me" ?
Anyway, the first thing to do is to check if your ROM works normally on a different emulator, like on a PC.
