good afternoon, I ended up putting my Nintendo switch in the original mode now I can't unlock it anymore, I have the SX OS unlock and I don't know what to do

what do you mean by unlock?
As in unable to get into rcm to load sxos?
Unable to play backups? Unable to do the hit 3 buttons to unlock the screen?
What system version? Is it an ipatched system or not? What have you tried?

I'm not able to turn on Nintendo, I'm not recognizing the RCM, when I call it it goes straight to the original factory mode

Have you successfully entered RCM before, and have you injected the SXOS payload successfully too? Or are you trying for the first time now? Try to connect your Switch to your PC running TegraRCMgui, to at least know for sure if your Switch is in RCM.
