My laptop keeps crashing with the following error:

It seems to happen any time I try to start Steam. It will also happen at complete random. I tried reinstalling Steam, disabling driver, going into the BIOS (which doesn't want to load, but that's another issue), and searched all around for any solution. Please help me

Try going to control panel->system->device manager and then click the + next to universal serial bus controllers and right clicking on each one then click uninstall. After uninstalling all of them reboot and let it reinstall the usb drivers.

Not disable, reinstall.

Causes it to crash as well. It will just try to uninstall until it gives me the error again :fuck:
