Hacking Help me update to 4.0 please

ok heres what i have in my system so far:

3.2E Firmware
HBC Channel installed
cIOS rev 8
cMIOS (whatever the latest one was lol)
the first cISOCORP files that were released i dunno if they updated since then
i'm pretty sure DVDX
and Starfall with every hack except the no health warning on

now before any of you explain how to update, if theres currently no way to load backups via disc channel i dont want to update yet, i know its only a small problem but i like and i dont see me playing to many games off the SD Card anyways, only reason i want it is cause it's there. also if i get a 32GB card do all homebrew apps support that or would i have to be forced to change to 2GB card every so often cause it wont load of an SDHC card.

anyways sorry i know this has been asked so many times but the whole front page is littered with WBFS or whatever topics i thought noone would mind lol.

No need to there's enough guides splashed everywhere to drive you insane

Get hold of CIOS60bf.wad and add it in with your CIOSCORP wads, after updating reinstall the CIOSCORP wads via your chosen method.

Don't know maybe someone else can help here, as a guess they should work fine
