I looked at that page, they spent too much time to simply prank kids "outside PS4 scene".

They offer half a GB zip file, I thought it's the latest OF but still it doesn't explain all the elaborate ruse, until you find out the archive is password protected, and to get the password you need to complete a "survey" or shell 25 American dollars, for the people that don't have time to waste. Now that make sense!

As KiiWii said.. use this link he posted for you and bookmark it so you can keep coming back to see if they release the jailbreak in the near future. For now, not anytime sooner.. Stick with 5.05/5.07 jailbreak at the moment.
