Help making already made image not pixelated

okies.
so im kinda a noob at the whole graphic design thing but ive got this bussiness card i made up in ps and its all pixelated when i prin it how do i fix thi s??

did you try to save it in .PNG format?

Put it up and I'll have a go after college. If you set the DPI to 300 it should become less pixelated on printing.
