UPDATE: Making a CtrTransfer using Decrypt 9 solved all of my problems!

Decrypt9 CTRTransfer is bad stuff. It deletes the HWCAL0.DAt and HWCAL1.DAt files and the data folder. Your displays will now look terrible with garbage calibrations, and all your user settings were erased.
