Hacking HELP! lost sd card data from using ultiemunand creator

so i was trying to put a second emunand i had from a back up and it i didnt back up my sd
is there anyway to recover my sd code files? or am i shit out of luck
i am losing my mind on this

i have an emunand back from earlier today of 10.5 nand back up of 9.2 and old emunand back up of 10.3
crap the title was supossed to say multiemunand creator

welp your screwed you cant even correctly recover the files it wouldnt

thats what you get for not backing up your SD card yourself and expecting a tool to do it for you (it probably does)
we all know making emunands wipes your SD card for a reason
