I’m not sure what caused this, but I am no longer able to do a local wireless connection for some reason. In ACNL, attempting to visit another person’s island or opening my gates would give me a ‘A communication error has occurred’ message, and in Let’s Go: Eevee, my game crashes if I were to do anything that involves local wireless. In Pokemon Shield, pressing Y to open up the local wireless screen caused the screen to close instantly.

The only thing that I could think of is the I installed Incognito on my Switch recently and has hidden my serial number. However, I’ve tried restoring my serial number already, but am still encountering the same problem.

I’m on 9.2, and have already updated to the latest version of Atmosphere and Hekate.

I can connect to a LAN network and play with others just fine, but I just can’t do local wireless. I’ve deleted all my internet settings in case that had been the problem, but to no avail either.

Anyone knows what the problem is and how to solve it?

Okay, I fixed it on my own. Turned out the problem was that I had placed some ldn_mitm files on my SD card yesterday, and removing them allowed me to use local wireless again.
