Homebrew [HELP] i've lost all my games after installing RXtools

If you formatted your sysnand and your emunand, you are screwed
you have to redownload all games in your eShop and then you can try to use savedatafiller to restore your saves (you sure have backupped?)

You should have 2 folders in there (1 for sysnand and 1 for emunand) + your Private folder Check if the folder on your backup has any of the same name, if not, you have to restore your saves manually with savedatafiller
Don't ask how, i never needed it

Can I like make a backup of the sd files, format emunand, copy back to the sd and have the nands unlinked?

I've fixed my issue by finding a Save file editor for Hatsune Miku Project Mirai DX that was the save file i wish i didn't lose but oh well as long i am able to get back to the state my old save file was in i'm happy.
