Alright, so I have a few (dozen) DSiWare games I want to install. Trouble is, since it installs the the NAND, I only can fit a few of them. Is it possible to use SD storage to store and/or launch these files?

I imagine not, but had to ask.

Data Manangement in System Settings allows you to copy/move DSiware titles from NAND to your SD (and back). You cannot launch them from the SD, you have to copy them from your SD storage when you want to play them. This is a limitation of the system and cannot be overcome. It's not really an issue because you can keep all of your DSiware games (and their saves) on your SD and then copy them to your NAND when you want to play them.
