Gaming Help: Is My PSP Truly Broken?

OK i have a PSP (black)
I was taken my regents(test) then when i got on the bus and turn my psp on the Screen was Cracked, well not the Screen Literally but there is like another screen inside my screen that is cracked - and now i cant play anymore games on my psp

Does anyone know how this could have happened?
and Is there a way for me to fix this? Manually( if possible) if not then how do i fix it?

You could always buy a new screen for your PSP.

no the screen its still is not broken, its like there is another screen inside the screen that is broken

Yeah, the reason it won't turn on is because the inside section is cracked, you still need a new screen. You're saying you see a crack inside the screen as in the outside isn't cracked as in you can't feel it by running your hand across it but the inside is.

sounds like your faceplate is good, but the screen itself is broken.
as said before, buy a new screen.
the 1st "screen" you see is just transparent plastic that protects the screen.
the 2nd screen is the actual screen, which is very sensitive to dust, pressure, and scratching.
