I wanted to get CTRPluginFramework, only to find out that my luma version does not have plugins. My version is 9.1 and followed instructions to install CTRPF, only to have it unable to patch the boot.firm. I had made a plug-ins folder, but the plugin option still did not appear. I have updated everything and still failed to work. I see that people have it by default, but mine does not. How do I add plugin functionality and how do I actually install CTRPF?
