Hacking Help installing DIOS-MIOS.

Alright so all the information I can find nowadays is for DIOS-MIOS Lite and I need help installing DIOS-MIOS.
So I downloaded the DIOS MIOS (Not lite) files from here:
http://code.google.com/p/diosmios/wiki/Downloads?tm=2

I downloaded the first one to be exact. The one for DIOS-MIOS (not lite) on real nand, no sneek/uneek.
I got a "source" folder, a wad, and three utilities for putting games in the USB HDD.

What do I do with the folder and the wad? (anything else go in my sd card?)
Also I have CFG loader but don't want to run GC games from there. I want the DIOS-MIOS booter.
Which I can't find... I can only find the one for lite.

The source folder is unnecessary, just install the wad via your favorite wad manager.

Personally I love having my games bootable from CFG. But, you can find the DM booter here http://code.google.com/p/dios-mios-booter/
