ROM Hack [Help] Inserting custom music into Dream Team

So yeah I used some tool (I don't remember what exactly) to extract the contents of SoundData.arc from the game's RomFS. I got a bunch of RSDs with me then. I wanted to insert custom music into the game by making custom RSDs, but I don't know how to do it and if there's a program to make them. Once I can get around with making RSDs, sure I could just insert the RSD into SoundData.arc with some hex editor and test it. Just wanted some help on this if anything is possible.
