ROM Hack Help in the Translation process

I need help i already unpack the rom and locate the files, what do have to do to start translating when i open windhex because I'm confuse on what to open to changes hex.

You should probably learn romhacking. Just unpacking a game won't teach you that.

If you located the files, you should already know what to open, right?

Work on learning romhacking and just do a hands-on experiment as you learn.

As twiztidsinz said, you'll need more than romhacking skills to translate.
Translating does not equal romhacking and romhacking does not equal translating.
One does not teach the other.

You should maybe try the DATA folder..... just a though.

Might also help to say the name of the game.
Also, Translating is FAR more than just editing it in a hex editor.

I know, I'm just practice and learning as i go. By the way the name of the games is: Keroro RPG: Kishi to Musha to Densetsu no Kaizoku. Right now try to translate artes

In the official translation request thread, you said you wanted someone to teach you how to translate.
I'm not sure if you're talking about romhacking or Japanese, but Japanese takes years to learn.
I hope this is just practice and you aren't using a machine translator...
