Hacking Help in choosing flash cart

So my girlfriend's birthday is in 2 months and she is a ds/3ds fanatic but does wish she could play more games. so i want to get her a 3ds flash cart. I really know very little about flash carts but she has been dropping some hints that she wants one. the thing is her 3ds is set to the latest 11.0.0-33U. all im looking for is a flash cart that can play 3ds and ds roms on version 11.0.0-33U at a reasonable price ($150 is unreasonable. less than $90 is fine). What flash cart would be best for her?

As far as I know, what mayhaps is little, Sky3DS+ will run very single 3DS games that you throw it in, but you need private header to play online without a N's ban.

I think you shall need a R4i 3DS to play the old plain DS games.

If you want 3DS games just get a Sky3DS +
If you want regular DS games get any of the R4's out there like the R4i 3DS.
They should both work on the latest firmware which you are on.

Just stay away from gateway and DSTwo+, both won't work on 11.0
Sky3ds is probably your best (and maybe only?) option for flashcards on 11.0.0. Though it won't play DS games afaik, so you will have to buy a separate card to run DS games which I recommend the R4i Gold 3ds from nds-card.com, our site sponsor.
