Hardware HELP! i cant burn iso!!

ok well i got an iso. of boom blox and it took me two days to download -.- and i have finaly got it!, but i cant burn it.... ive tried everything! i tried imgburn but i always get an error! i try nero which finishes, but doesent work on the wii! i have tried 2.4x or dvd-r and 4/2.4x on dvd+r and now i ahve ran out of disks....all i have now is two dvd-r's one is imation the other is mag media

i went to the store just before with my $3 (im broke cos i dont get allowence....:'( ) and bought the only dvd there was for $1.30


please help! i want to try my new modded wii but none will work!!

i wish i could explainb ut its like 30 08 93 75 (those are random) and if i try again, i wont be able to re-use the disk!

normally it happened when something was turned on (software) but i have exited everything! and used task manager to double check! i cant exit imgburn anyway cos it would stop

ok her ei go again..... at 75% on the validation it says...

Check if your file is corrupted first.

If not, try burning with another burning software.

If not, dump your DVD drive and get a new one.

If not, open your windows and throw your PC/Laptop out.

(This step is the ultimate saver. Always solve any problems I have with my pc or wii)

Go to the imgburn forum, they can help you a lot better.

Start by downloading the latests patches/updates etc for things like your burner, chipset etc.

I had the same problem at first and those people out there had helped me a lot. For me, the problem was in some update for my chipset =\ Don't ask me why, but after I updated it, it worked flawlessly ever since.

how do i check if its corrupted? its an iso so it would always say that it is an unknown format or coruupted

if you mean from the rar. file then no, if you mean from the iso, i cant open it

Like ComplicatioN said, before you unpack the .rar files, there is usually a .sfv file.

This contains CRC32 checksums of the .rar files. This is used to verify the integrity of files.
