Hacking Help I am new with ds fire card

Hello I a new to all of this and I need help with my ds fire card.

I have watched videos on the pc on what I am supposed to do.

I have got as far as the touch screen and the usb mode to down load my files but there is nothing coming on my PC screen to say that I am linked up.

I have checked the video again and the only difference i see is that when i go on to the first stage my ds says F card instead of fire link.

Can you help me as I am totally lost

Well I have had my fire card for about 2 weeks and this same thing happened to me. The thing I recommend is to use a different usb cored. The silver one sometimes doesn't work. Also, here is a little advice. One day everything on your fire card may be gone. If that happens plug it in to your computer and it will be fixed. Hope this helps.
