i think you should read this, I bet your problem is that you don't have the correct settings for enabling homebrew and cfws.

Well, I enter Luma mode when opening Safehax

So does it not respond at all when you plug in the SD card into the PC? or does it show that you need to check the disc before you can get access?

if you read the guide carefully and follow all the steps listed it shouldn't brick your system, just make sure you fully understand what the guide is asking you to do.

If you have luma. You should not be needing safehax or udsploit for anything at that point. Those I believe were only needed to run cfw from soundhax.

I think I installed it before Luma, also when I go to safehax after going to udsploit, it says "Luma3DS configuration" in the Heading and besides the option of Luma3DS which I use, there are other options of Decrypt9WIP, Hourglass9 and GodMode9.
