Hacking [HElp] how can i get the Tik, Ticket ?

Hello ...
anybody know how can i get the TICKET for an IOS or System Menu ?

Dump the Nand , do not show the system menu Ticket !

Then can somebody tell me if i can download the ticket directly from NUS .... Or Can i make one that work for IOS and System menu ?
