I want add other image but this isn't static, i want change the bubble image, i know that this isn't in the data folder but they need to be declared in any file not?
I have the 3DS HBL bubble images, but i don't know how to "say/write" how to use an image not static instead a default size, position...

So if I declare the image like in the comments above in the .h file and if I put something like GetReosurceImage... Like the background image, Will it work?

Yes i should work, i don't know how you need to manage transparency, check the wiimote hand icon from transparency and movements
