ROM Hack Help! Getting my first 3DS

I want to modify the 3ds i'm getting in the very near future. I don't know which one exactly i'm getting but i want to play .cia games on it without using a flashcart (i'm pretty sure you can inject .cia's in the 3DS itself) and i'd like to know how one does it.

2 Weeks ago I had the same Questions xD
Now I have a new 3ds XL with Arm9Loaderhax and Luma3ds (I am so proud).
I bought my N3DSXL in a regional Shop called MediaMarkt (on the Box is the Buildnumber:

My One was on 9.6 so I was able to use the Browserhax and Ocarina of Time (Oothax (the cheapest Hack))
