Hacking help getting a neogamma disk id error 1179

ok i know that i am a noob to the wii hb scene i could really use some help with this and getting my wii to play backups reliably i am using neogamma to try to launch a disk of mario galaxy 2 and i am getting a disk id error of 1179 if someone could point me in the right direction to get the working that would be awesome

i am using neogamma r9 beta31 ios36

You have no cIOS. You can't just go run Neogamma from the HBC without any further modding. Go follow the modify any Wii guide in the Wii Hacking stickies.
