Hacking [help] Formatting SDCard

I'm going to sell my 3DS and i figured the easiest way to get rid of all games etc would be formatting the SDCard so in order to get luma running and maybe install anemone and fbi for the new user what files do i need? Is Luma's boot firm and create 3DS folder with said homebrews enough for a running clean slate system? I'll unlink the nnid as well, will that affect my Nintendo Switch?
