Hacking Help for Sky3ds!

3rd post in a row, hooray for problems!

So, I downloaded 2 games, Link between Worlds, and Metal Gear 3D.
I am able to write the games in diskwriter until an error occurs saying I should remove my sd card, insert it again, and re-run diskwriter. I am unable to write (it appears in the menu but after exiting the program, it disappears) games as well as format the sd card.

Any fix? Someone said LBW was a bad dump since it was the first game to cause the error for me, but I am having a hard time believing MGS 3D is a bad dump as well.
