Help for Pokemon Legends ZA regarding multi-hit moves

Good day! I have an issue where multi-hit moves like Bullet Seed and Water Shuriken only hit once and not the usual multiple times. Anyone else having this issue? And anyone know a fix? I don't know what may have triggered this. I tried restoring a back-up save way back before I added cheats to the game and the problem still persists. Thank you in advance to those who can help me with this!

if you have the Dynamic 60 fps mod then disable it, that is a knowed issue

This was the issue. I turned off the 60 fps patch from FPSLocker and now it works well, with water shuriken hitting normally. Thank you so much!
