Gaming Help for cheats

Hi,

I'm new to gbatemp.net and I was wondering how to edit cheat codes (adding and deleting, saving, etc). I've downloaded the "All cheats" file at cheats.gbatemp.net and I want to add some cheats for some DS games.
I used the R4CCE to try and add codes to it but it just didn't save, and sometimes it doesn't even open!

Are there other cheat code editors I can use that I don't need to delete the codes to add new ones? Can anyone please help me or give me any guidelines? It would be much appreciated.

P.S. I have a TTDS, using R4CCE and using USRCHEAT.DAT from cheats.gbatemp.net
