I heard kingstons are not good for these carts is Adata, Sandisk, Samsung and the others good?

In my opinion, CFW is the best way to go if you can. You get most of the perks you get with the current version of Gateway, and you don't have to buy overpriced 3DS flashcarts. Plus, this way I can still have my R4 in the system when using the CFW, because it's stored on the SD Card instead of the game slot.

Not to mention, it's really nice to not have to mess around with headers.

I thought you dont need a card if you have cfw

I have a question for you guys, if I am buying the DS at from someone how do I know its totally new? I saw some unboxing videos but didn't see any sealing or anything. :(
Thanks.

Why? It would be cheap :P
then you accept the risk
including not truly knowing

Except the Yo-kai Watch bundle.
from what i read that's true . . . but from what i see on unboxing videos (for other bundles) the system does not have the game pre-installed but a download code is included . . . so if the trend is no longer valid then that would mean that there is now a chance of new non-bundled 2ds systems having higher than 9.2 as well . . . so to truly be on the safe side i would get (and have gotten myself) a older bundle (mine was a mk7 6.0.0.12U)

I'm kind of on the same boat. I just bought a New 3DS and its on the latest firmware; 10.3 or whatever.
What are my options to get a save data manager? I really only care about editing Pokemon

2.) ocarina of time + powersaves (or a second 3ds with hbc access) to install otthax
4.) smash bros + router (note difficult to set up . . . n3ds only)
3.) sky 3ds and rom of cubic ninja
