Hello, I saw long ago video on youtube about how someone delete storage chip and switching it with bigger 100-200Gb
They even sell switch with bigger memory on their site
Now I can't find it...

Emmc 4.5 and 128 GB I don't know if it's work, but test it and make pls a benchmark in Hekate.

Yes it's a model from 2015 whit emmc 4.5 standard.

I use
SDINBDA4-256G (fastest atm)
KLMEG8UERM-C041

there are several more (256gb)
SDINBDA6-256G (probably faster then sdinbda4, and hard to find)
KLMEG8UCTA-B041(hard to find)
H26T99001MCR
SDINBDD4-256G (crap don't buy it)

Do you test how switch work with them?
I mean do you notice any change of speed?

in horizon there is no noticeable difference in speed. But in Android / Linux the difference to an SD card is huge.
