Homebrew [Help] FBI+ Sucket Punch v0.3.4

I have a very serious problem, with Sucket Punch V 0 3.04
The IP of my console I put into the program (from the FBI) and when they will now send tells me to verify the IP address and I've done that and all data is correct but I always get this message :
"Failed to open socket. Please check IP".

And the IP is correct and I don´t know I'm doing wrong .. I hope you can help me.

Are you connected to the same network?
Some people have multiple routers for or their homes, and sometimes router send 2 different signals
